About Me
I started my career as a Business Analyst at Johnson & Johnson Insurance, where I gathered and documented requirements for over seven projects, managed SQL databases, and led functional and regression testing across multiple product releases. That experience gave me a strong foundation in stakeholder communication, systems thinking, and delivering software that meets real business needs.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, I moved into a Technical Requirements Analyst role on an AI/ML Agile Release Train. I served as requirements lead across four AI product initiatives, driving each through MVP delivery. Along the way, I earned my CSM and CSPO certifications and completed the Booz Allen Data Science Tech Excellence Program, which covered Python, machine learning, NLP, and large language models. That training ignited a self-directed pivot into hands-on AI/ML work.
Today I build AI-powered agents that automate roadmap generation, Jira issue creation, requirements authoring, and sprint summarization. I bridge the gap between AI/ML engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical capabilities into products that deliver measurable impact. I hold a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the College of Charleston.
